Blueberry Shake with Parmalat Fat Free Milk
RECIPE
- 2 cups of Parmalat Fat Free Milk
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth. Serve chilled. Serves two.
