Chocolate Banana Milkshake with Parmalat Whole Milk
- 1 ½ cups of Parmalat Whole Milk
- 1 large banana
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp. natural cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour in a glass and serve chilled. Serves two.
2% Reduced Fat Milk

Strawberry Milkshake with Parmalat 1% Lowfat Milk
- 2 cups of Parmalat 1% Lowfat Milk
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass. Serve chilled. Serves two.

Hot Cinnamon Milk with Parmalat 1% Lowfat Milk
- 1 ½ cups of Parmalat 1% Lowfat Milk
- 2 small cinnamon sticks
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Gently heat Parmalat 1% Lowfat Milk and cinnamon in a saucepan until almost scalding. Carefully remove the cinnamon sticks using a strainer. Stir in sugar. Pour in a mug and serve hot. Serves two.

- 2 cups of Parmalat Fat Free Milk
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. honey

Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth. Serve chilled. Serves two.

Lactose Free Latte with Parmalat 2% Lactose Free Milk
- 1 shot hot expresso
- ½ cup Parmalat 2% Lactose Free Milk
Heat Parmalat 2% Lactose Free Milk in a saucepan on medium heat. Once hot, carefully use a wire whisk to create foam. Pour espresso in a mug and add milk while holding back the foam with a spoon. Top with foam and serve hot. For added flavor top with chocolate powder for delicious lactose free latte!
